Background
Apostle Phillips roots and background are from the Church of God in Christ. She accepted the Lord at the age of 24 on April 17, 1977. Through much prayer and fasting, along with Friday night church shut-ins, an anointing from God was evident upon the life of the servant of God.
On February 28, 1982, God called Apostle Phillips to the work of an Evangelist. Shortly after accepting the call, The Salt of the Earth Prison Ministry was born. Many inmates lives have been changed through Apostle Phillips. Along with the Prison Ministry, Apostle Phillips was active in holding tent meetings and street meetings. Many souls were won for the Kingdom of God.
The Pastoral Ministry was acknowledge while ministering in Vienna Correctional Center for men in 1985. The call of God was accepted and a "Yes" was expressed back to God., whereby Jesus Word Center Life Changing Ministries was born. Since its inception the Lord has Blessed the Ministry with tremendous growth. Souls have been saved and delivered by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost. God has blessed the JWC family with a weekly telecast that airs four (4) times a month, Jireh Free Breakfast, Jireh Food Pantry, Courtyard Seven II Mini Mart and Snack Shop, Teen Support and Substance Support Group, Healing Heart Ministry, Men Ministry, Kankakee Prison Ministry and Audy Home Ministry. We thank God for his Blessings and increase and will always give Him the Glory for the things He has done. "For this body of believers is yet on the move for God, gathering fruit unto life eternal."
Educational Achievements
Apostle Phillips career path is that of a Licensed Pratical Nurse. She received her LPN license in 1982, from City Colleges and her Medical Assistance License from the Bryman School of Nursing in 1971. Apostle Phillips received her BA in Biblical Studies on May 8, 2010 from Christian Life College and her Masters in Urban Studies from Northern Seminary in 2014. She is the mother of one daughter, Lisa.

The Evidence of Salvation - The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit (Romans 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. (Ephesians 4:24; Titus 2:12)
Baptism in Water - The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded in the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord are to be baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47,48; Romans 6:4).
SANCTIFICATION - Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil and dedication unto God (Romans 12:1,2;)
Divine Healing - Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers (Isaiah 53:4,5; Matthew 8:16,17; James 5:14-16).
